Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, activate, supervise and motivate Agency Leaders and Financial Advisors.
• Identify and implement recruitment activities in the region to support agency leaders.
• Conduct training programs to activate the agency force.
• Plan, direct and execute agency sales & marketing programs such as drives, launches, and regional assemblies.
• Conduct regular branch visits and meetings with associates.
