Confidential is seeking a Regional Adoption Lead to serve as the on-the-ground engine of the Global Coaching Strategy within the Philippines region, accountable for deploying and sustaining adoption of the Coaching Copilot, VOC Copilot, and Brilliant Coaching programmes across regional accounts.

The role owns three connected accountabilities—Deployment, Adoption, and Enablement—by driving the account pipeline and onboarding, AI Influencer-led usage, barrier removal, calibration scheduling, Ready

Responsibilities

• Deployment: managing the account pipeline and onboarding lifecycle.
• Adoption: driving sustained usage through AI Influencer management and barrier removal.
• Enablement: coordinating calibration scheduling, Ready Set Coach delivery, and triad programme execution.
