Job summary

TELUS Digital is seeking a Programme Manager to lead the Coaching Copilot deployment for the regional market. You will own outreach, intake, onboarding, and handovers to the development team while driving adoption and governance across accounts.

You will coordinate with L&D for training, monitor usage dashboards, and engage AI Influencers to sustain momentum. A relevant degree and strong English are required for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in programme management, change management, adoption management, or operations roles.
• Experience managing stakeholder outreach and tool adoption programmes across multiple accounts.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• B2+ oral and written English; regional language proficiency aligned to assigned geography.

Responsibilities

• Own the regional Coaching Copilot deployment pipeline, from outreach to deployment handover.
• Send, track, and follow up on introduction emails to new and existing accounts.
• Conduct discovery sessions with regional Operations leaders to gather requirements for Copilot creation.
• Coordinate with the Copilot development team to submit intake forms, schedule demos, and ensure smooth handovers.
• Manage the regional account tracker with deployment, data, demo, and response statuses.
