Confidential is seeking a Regional Adoption Lead to serve as the on-the-ground engine of the Global Coaching Strategy within the Philippines region, accountable for deploying and sustaining adoption of the Coaching Copilot, VOC Copilot, and Brilliant Coaching programmes across regional accounts.

The role owns three connected accountabilities—Deployment, Adoption, and Enablement—by driving the account pipeline and onboarding, AI Influencer-led usage, barrier removal, calibration scheduling, Ready

Job description

The Regional Adoption Lead is the on-the-ground engine Global Coaching Strategy within their assigned region, accountable for driving the successful deployment and sustained adoption of the Coaching Copilot, VOC Copilot, and Brilliant Coaching programme across all regional accounts. This role owns three interconnected accountabilities: Deployment (managing the account pipeline and onboarding lifecycle), Adoption (driving sustained usage through AI Influencer management and barrier removal), and Enablement (coordinating calibration scheduling, Ready Set Coach delivery, and triad programme execution).

Reports to the Sr. Program Manager within the Global Quality Transformation function. Serves as the primary face of the Global Coaching Strategy to regional Operations teams. Partners daily with QA Team Leads, Operations Directors, Account Managers, L&D, Data Governance & BI, and the Scenario Specialist.
