Job summary

NTT DATA Philippines is seeking an experienced Adoption Manager to lead change initiatives across IT programs and digital transformations. You will coordinate stakeholder assessments, readiness analyses, and adoption metrics, ensuring alignment with project plans and business goals.

The role requires strong communication skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record in enterprise-wide change programs. Hybrid work setup with onsite reporting as needed and standard Manila hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in IT, psychology, organizational development, business management or related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in IT adoption, organizational change management or digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide change management programs for technology-driven projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of adoption and change management strategies for IT initiatives and digital transformation programs.
• Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, and organizational readiness evaluations.
• Design and implement change management plans covering communications, training, coaching, sponsorship, stakeholder engagement, and adoption measurement.
• Partner with business leaders and project teams to integrate change activities into project plans.
• Mentor Adoption Managers and Learning Specialists to foster team growth and best practices.
