BlackCube Labs is looking for an AI Change Management Specialist based in the Philippines, Romblon. You will support the adoption of Data & AI strategies globally by collaborating with various teams and implementing change management strategies.

The role is critical for driving sustainable transformation and requires strong communication skills and experience in change management within large organizations. You will help evaluate organizational readiness and track change adoption metrics while engaging with stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in transformation or change management.
• Familiar with Data & AI initiatives that impact organizational roles.
• Proficient in English (C1 minimum).
