Job summary

Archlabs is seeking an AI Bridger to lead rollout and adoption across APAC/SEA. You will drive change management, train colleagues, and translate AI outputs into practical business actions across Finance, Operations, HR, Legal and Commercial.

The role focuses on building trust, championing adoption, and embedding agentic AI into day-to-day work through hands-on stakeholder engagement and enablement across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders across functions and markets.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain AI-driven change in practical terms.
• Experience driving adoption of new tools, processes or ways of working.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI as a strategic enabler and ability to train others through change.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption programmes and training across Finance, Operations, HR, Legal and Commercial.
• Gather feedback from the business and ensure AI deployments are embedded into daily practice.
• Build cross-functional credibility and trust to support AI rollout across functions.
