Job summary

Peregrine Cold Logistics is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee refrigeration and air conditioning systems across cold storage facilities. You will ensure reliable temperature control, plan preventive maintenance, and lead a team of technicians to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires a mechanical engineering or HVAC-related degree and 2–3 years of hands-on maintenance experience, with strong leadership, safety awareness, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology.
• 2-3 years of experience in refrigeration, air conditioning, or cold storage maintenance.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Knowledgeable in refrigeration and HVAC systems, compressors, condensers, evaporators, and temperature monitoring equipment.
• Familiar with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair procedures.
• Knowledgeable in occupational health and safety practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and overtime when necessary.
