Responsible for operating and maintaining electric and vapor absorption chillers to ensure a continuous supply of chilled water for production operations.

This role includes daily monitoring and documentation of equipment performance, execution of preventive and corrective maintenance, and adherence to safety and food quality standards.

The role also ensures the safekeeping of assigned tools and strictly complies with company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

Job Specifications

Education

• At least a High School graduate or a Technical/Vocational graduate in Refrigeration and Air conditioning, Mechanical Technology, or a related field.
• NCII Certification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning is preferred.

Experience

At least a year of proven mechanical experience, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of mechanical preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot chiller equipment or facilities.
• Good technical knowledge on basic mechanical, electrical work, and motor controls.
• Maintain and update maintenance and calibration records.
