Job summary

Frabelle Corporation is seeking an HVAC professional to supervise the operation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration systems and air conditioning units at our Manila location. The role focuses on keeping equipment safe, efficient, and minimizing downtime through planned preventive maintenance and timely repairs.

The ideal candidate will have an HVAC/Refrigeration diploma or equivalent, with 1–2 years of relevant experience and strong knowledge of HVAC controls and preventive maintenance

Qualifications

• HVAC/Refrigeration diploma or certificate required.
• 1–2 years’ experience in HVAC/refrigeration maintenance or supervision.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, AC units, HVAC controls, and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration systems and AC units.
• Ensure refrigeration and AC equipment operates safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.
• Plan and oversee preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate corrective repairs.
• Lead and supervise refrigeration and AC technicians, assigning daily tasks and monitoring work quality.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure timely resolution of breakdowns.

• Vocational Certificate, Trade Qualification, or Diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience as an HVAC/Refrigeration Technician, HVAC Supervisor, or in a similar maintenance role.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, air conditioning units, HVAC controls, and preventive maintenance.
