Job summary

CDO is seeking a Refrigeration and Airconditioning Supervisor to oversee preventive maintenance of ammonia and Freon refrigeration systems and related air ventilation. You will delegate tasks, supervise both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and manage third-party technicians to maintain safety and performance.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience in the field and a background in mechanical or electrical engineering, with certification in refrigeration and air-conditioning technology.

Qualifications

• Must have related experience and expertise in managing and maintaining refrigeration and air-conditioning systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Certification in Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Technology from a recognized institution.

This involves delegating tasks and supervising both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities, ensuring efficient and effective machine-related operations, and managing third-party technicians to ensure high standards of performance and safety.

With at least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field.
