Qualifications

• At least 2 years in banking or financial services operations.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a high-volume environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to investigate issues and drive items to closure.
• Ability to collaborate across time zones and regions.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain client records across designated systems to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain work logs and documentation to support audits and controls.
• Investigate data exceptions and aged items; escalate non-routine issues when needed.
• Process requests from internal partners by managing workflow and prioritization to meet timelines.
• Provide status updates via approved channels (mailbox, phone, email).
• Apply controls and quality checks to meet standards and targets.
• Support production coverage and backup tasks to ensure continuity.
• Identify recurring issues and propose practical process improvements.
• Work with stakeholders across time zones and participate in shift coverage as required.
