Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Manila, Philippines is seeking a Senior Associate in Client Account Services to manage and deliver account and counterparty reference data to support client readiness and high-quality investment operations.

You will coordinate end-to-end onboarding and lifecycle changes, partner with operations, product, and technology to define requirements, drive timely decisions, and improve governance, reporting, and process discipline.

Qualifications

• Experience in client onboarding, reference data, account services, or investment operations within a regulated financial services environment.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional deliverables across operations and technology partners.
• Demonstrated ability to structure work, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively in a changing environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including producing concise status updates and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify data quality issues and drive remediation.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and implement practical solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort working with reporting and tracking artifacts.
• Support required schedule/shift (variable) expectations for the role

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end intake, tracking, and delivery of account reference data requests to support client satisfaction.
• Coordinate account lifecycle events with relevant stakeholders.
• Partner with operations, product, and technology teams to define requirements and align timelines for deliverables.
• Lead client and internal working sessions to progress actions and resolve blockers.
• Produce clear status reporting for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Implement governance across initiatives, tracking risks, actions, and milestones.
• Support testing and release readiness by coordinating UAT activities.
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements to increase straight-through processing.
• Apply structured problem-solving to analyze issues and meet daily service level commitments.
• Build strong relationships across a matrixed environment to deliver high-quality service.
