Qualifications

• Proven experience in client onboarding, reference data, account services, or investment operations within a regulated financial services environment.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional deliverables across operations and technology partners.
• Demonstrated ability to structure work, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively in a changing environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including producing concise status updates and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify data quality issues and drive remediation.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and implement practical solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort working with reporting and tracking artifacts.
• Support required schedule/shift (variable) expectations for the role

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end intake, tracking, and delivery of account reference data requests to support client satisfaction.
• Coordinate account lifecycle events (e.g., new accounts, fund launches, mandate changes, third-party onboarding, and account closures) with relevant stakeholders.
• Partner with operations, product, and technology teams to define requirements and align timelines for agreed deliverables.
• Lead client and internal working sessions to progress implementation actions, resolve blockers, and drive timely decisions.
• Produce clear, audience-appropriate status reporting (milestones, next actions, risks, and issues) for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Implement disciplined governance across initiatives, including tracking risks, actions, issues, dependencies, milestones, and escalations.
• Support testing and release readiness by coordinating user acceptance testing activities and validating outcomes against agreed expectations.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements that increase straight-through processing and reduce operational risk.
• Apply structured problem-solving to analyze complex issues and meet daily service level commitments.
• Build strong working relationships across a matrixed environment to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
