IBM Consulting is seeking a Recruitment Specialist (RPO) to partner with Hiring Managers and deliver client satisfaction through IBM’s RPO services. You will define, develop, plan and implement recruiting strategies, manage ATS updates, and build a qualified candidate pool.

Based in the Philippines, this onsite role requires 4–6 years of recruitment experience, US Healthcare hiring exposure, and strong relationship skills to support multiple client engagements and meet production goals.

Qualifikationen

• US hiring and Healthcare recruitment experience.
• At least 4-6 years of experience in recruitment best practices.
• At least 4+ years of recruitment experience with sourcing expertise in in-house, RPO or agency roles.
• At least 4-6 years of experience building relationships with Hiring Managers through requisitions and offers.
• At least 4-6 years of experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database applications.

Aufgaben

• Work with client Hiring Managers to define and document hiring forecasts.
• Obtain role briefings and agree sourcing strategies and timelines.
• Ensure adherence to predefined recruitment processes and best practices.
• Develop new candidate sourcing methods and generate leads.
• Meet production goals and revenue targets set by management.
