JoyRide Superapp is seeking a Recruitment Supervisor / Assistant Manager to oversee daily recruitment operations and guide a team of recruiters.

The role focuses on full-cycle recruitment for supervisory, technical, and managerial positions, with a priority on timely fulfillment of manpower requirements and a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Behavioral Science, or related field.
• At least 4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in fast-paced environments.
• Experience hiring for technical, corporate, supervisory, and managerial roles.
• Prior leadership or supervision of recruiters is advantageous.
• Strong interviewing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and recruitment best practices.
• Willing to work onsite in Marcos Highway, Antipolo City; ASAP start.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for supervisory, assistant manager, technical, and other critical roles.
• Oversee daily progress of open vacancies and ensure hiring targets and timelines are met.
• Coach Recruitment Assistants to improve productivity and candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide sourcing updates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Continuously evaluate recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
• Ensure activities comply with policies, labor regulations, and data privacy.

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, the Assistant Recruitment Manager oversees the day-to-day recruitment operations and supports the achievement of hiring objectives by ensuring efficient recruitment processes, timely fulfillment of manpower requirements, and a positive candidate experience. The role also provides guidance and support to the Recruitment Assistants while remaining actively involved in full-cycle recruitment for supervisory, technical, and other critical positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for supervisory, assistant manager, technical, and other critical positions, from sourcing through onboarding coordination.
• Oversee the daily progress of all open vacancies and ensure hiring targets and turnaround times are achieved.
• Supervise, coach, and provide guidance to Recruitment Assistants to improve productivity, recruitment quality, and candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, provide regular recruitment updates, and recommend appropriate sourcing strategies.
• Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement initiatives to enhance hiring efficiency.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies, labor regulations, and data privacy requirements.
