Everstone Development and Construction Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Recruitment professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles across multiple project sites in the Philippines.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of HR recruitment experience, preferably with supervisory responsibilities, and a proven ability to manage hiring for construction, engineering, and renewable energy sectors.

Formación

• Degree in psychology, HRM, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years in HR recruitment or talent acquisition, supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting for construction, engineering, infrastructure, or renewable energy.
• End-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
• Experience recruiting site-based personnel, engineers, project managers, skilled workers.
• Knowledge of manpower planning, sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and recruitment reporting.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies across different project locations.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and recruitment platforms.
• Highly organized, proactive, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to travel or coordinate with different project sites when necessary.

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• With at least 3–5 years of experience in HR Recruitment or Talent Acquisition, preferably with supervisory experience.

• Must have relevant experience in recruiting for the construction, engineering, infrastructure, or renewable energy industry.

• Proven experience handling end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.

• Experience recruiting site-based personnel, engineers, project managers, skilled workers, and other construction professionals.

• Knowledgeable in manpower planning, sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and recruitment reporting.

• Experience managing multiple vacancies and urgent manpower requirements across different project locations.

• With strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and various recruitment platforms.

• Highly organized, proactive, results-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.

• Willing to travel or coordinate with different project sites when necessary.
