Job summary

Everstone Development and Construction Inc. is seeking a recruitment professional to support fast-paced construction projects in Metro Manila.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, screen and interview candidates, and coordinate with hiring managers and site teams to fill urgent manpower needs. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in construction-related industries, and is proficient with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in construction/engineering/infrastructure/renewable energy.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, posting, coordination).
• Experience hiring technical, engineering, construction, and site-based positions is an advantage.
• Knowledge of sourcing channels (JobStreet, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, etc.).
• Strong ability to assess candidates based on technical qualifications and job requirements.
• Familiarity with construction-related positions (Civil/Structural Engineers, Project Engineers, QA/QC, Safety Officers, Foremen, site personnel).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; handle multiple vacancies and deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Detail-oriented with confidential recruitment records.
• Willing to coordinate with hiring managers, project teams, and site personnel.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced construction environment and meet urgent manpower needs.
• Willing to travel or recruit for project/site requirements when necessary.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field

• With 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the construction, engineering, infrastructure, or renewable energy industry

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, job posting, and candidate coordination

• Experience hiring technical, engineering, construction, and site-based positions is an advantage
