Job summary

United Bearing Industrial Corporation is seeking a Recruitment Staff to support end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding. You will coordinate interviews, screen applicants, and ensure records are complete and compliant with company policy.

This role requires confidentiality, meticulous record-keeping, and strong communication. You will work with hiring managers to meet manpower needs and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing recruitment strategies based on approved manpower requirements
• Source qualified candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, recruitment networks, and other sourcing channels
• Create and post job vacancies using appropriate recruitment platforms
• Maintain an active pool of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies
• Conduct initial screening of applications and resumes based on job requirements
• Conduct initial phone, online, or face-to-face interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, skills, and suitability for the position
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and concerned departments
• Maintain proper documentation of interview results and candidate status
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of recruitment records and applicant information
• Coordinate the submission and verification of pre-employment requirements of selected candidates

About the role
