Job summary

RRJ in the Philippines is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our talent team in a fast-paced environment. You will source, screen, and endorse candidates, aligning hiring needs with department heads and campaigns across multiple platforms.

You will conduct interviews, maintain confidentiality, and track recruitment metrics while working on-site Monday to Friday. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HRM, or related field.
• Experience in recruitment, preferably high-volume.
