MicroSourcing, a leading offshore service provider in the Philippines, is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring processes onsite in Pasay.

You will source candidates, screen and coordinate with hiring managers, ensure data accuracy in HRIS/ATS, and uphold compliance.

This role offers night shift on-site at Two-Ecom Center with opportunities for growth and competitive rewards.

Formación

• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment workflows across channels.
• Solid knowledge of ATS, HRIS, and MS Office (Excel/Outlook).
• Understanding of employment laws, EEO, and candidate data security.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong time-management.

Responsabilidades

• Execute end-to-end recruitment strategies across all staffing phases.
• Source candidates via job boards, databases, networking, social media, and referrals.
• Evaluate applications and match profiles to job requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to deliver strong hiring recommendations.
• Maintain data accuracy in HRIS/ATS and ensure PII security & compliance.
