Job summary

AgileOne Group in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned Recruiter to manage high-volume openings for multiple clients on a night shift. You will build candidate pipelines, screen for cultural fit, and collaborate with hiring managers to move candidates through the interview process.

You will create job ads, report on KPIs weekly, and handle offers and negotiations where applicable. Strong communication, confidentiality, and speed are essential to deliver quality hires for our clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• At least 3 years recruiting experience including sourcing, interviewing and offers.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting and managing multiple client openings.

Responsibilities

• Full life cycle recruiting support for multiple client locations.
• Create job ads and talent attraction strategies.
• Report on recruitment results and KPIs as needed.
• Gather hiring requirements from managers and manage requisitions.
• Conduct reference and background checks where applicable.
• Extend offers and negotiate when needed.
• Ensure timely communication to unsuccessful candidates.
• Build pipelines from diverse talent pools and maintain relationships.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and fix resumes as needed.
