MicroSourcing is seeking a recruitment support specialist to assist in sourcing and recruitment activities in the Philippines. The role includes supporting test administration, coordinating interview schedules, and handling ad-hoc sourcing tasks.

You will source candidates through job boards and social media, conduct outreach, and maintain various databases while supporting recruiters and internal/external events.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in using MS Office applications.
• Amenable to work in MOA or Eastwood.

Responsibilities

• Act as a support to sourcing/recruitment related activities.
• Support recruitment processes, including test administration.
• Perform other ad-hoc sourcing related tasks.
• Source candidates for various hiring requests.
• Conduct call outs.
• Coordinate interview schedules with Recruiters.
• Lead generation through job boards, social media, and other sourcing channels.
• Monitor and update various databases.
• Assist with internal and external events.
