MicroSourcing is seeking a Recruitment Consultant for a hybrid role with night shift in the Philippines. The position covers sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and end‑to‑end candidate engagement across multiple locations including Eastwood, Quezon City and Clark, Pampanga.

The role emphasizes candidate sourcing from databases and social media, thorough phone screening, and coordinating interview processes to support high‑volume hiring initiatives.

• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.

Responsibilities

• Candidate sourcing through databases, social media, and groups.
• Resume screening against job briefs.
• Conducting initial phone screens (availability, licenses, location, pay expectations, work rights, reliability).
• Shortlisting suitable candidates.
• Scheduling interviews and, where appropriate, conducting subsequent interviews.
• Following up on timesheets.
• Executing bulk SMS/email campaigns for high‑volume roles.

Your Role

• Candidate sourcing (Seek, database, Facebook groups etc.)
• Resume screening against job briefs
• Conducting initial phone screens (availability, tickets/licences, location, pay expectations, work rights, reliability etc.)
• Shortlisting suitable candidates
• Scheduling interviews for me to begin with (and potentially also conducting interviews further down the track)
• Timesheet follow-ups
• Bulk sms/ email campaigns for high-volume roles
