Coordinates with project sites, department heads, and hiring managers to support workforce readiness and manpower availability.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least two (2) years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the construction, engineering, property development, or related industry.
Experience recruiting construction workers, skilled trade personnel, technical staff, and corporate employees.
Knowledge of manpower planning, recruitment sourcing, interviews, and employee deployment.
Familiarity with project-based employment, construction manpower requirements, and site deployment processes.
Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
Willingness to coordinate with or visit project sites when required.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from manpower request to hiring and deployment.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and department heads to identify manpower requirements.
Consolidate and monitor manpower requests, vacancies, hiring status, and workforce projections.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, PESO, referrals, job fairs, agencies, and other channels.
Recruit construction workers, skilled personnel, engineers, administrative staff, and other project requirements.
Conduct initial interviews, screening, assessments, and background verification coordination.
Facilitate hiring approvals, job offers, pre-employment requirements, and deployment schedules.
Coordinate with site personnel regarding worker availability, mobilization, and onboarding requirements.
Monitor manpower deployment, headcount, vacancies, and staffing gaps across projects.
Prepare recruitment and workforce planning reports, including hiring progress and manpower fulfillment.
Support workforce forecasting based on project timelines, construction phases, and business expansion.
Maintain an updated talent pool for recurring construction and technical positions.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
