Responsibilities

• Source qualified Project Engineer candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and database.
• Screen CVs based on technical qualifications and project requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews (technical and behavioral assessment).
• Coordinate technical interviews with clients or hiring managers.
• Maintain updated recruitment tracker and candidate database.
• Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, and ATS systems effectively for candidate sourcing and management.
• Communicate manpower requirements with clients.
• Arrange interview schedules (online or face-to-face).
• Provide shortlists within agreed timelines.
• Assist in final selection and job offer preparation.

• Ensure compliance with government requirements (e.g., for overseas deployment).
