Job summary

GH Premier Review Center Inc. is seeking an experienced Recruitment Associate to manage the full cycle of hiring across multiple platforms, from posting ads to interviewing and onboarding.

You will work with hiring managers to source candidates, screen applications, conduct phone screens and in-person interviews, and ensure compliance with POEA regulations while maintaining accurate recruitment records.

• Effective written and oral English communication skills.
• Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Flexible with day or mid shift schedules.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish job ads in various job portals across platforms.
• Network with potential hires through professional groups and job events.
• Screen resumes/CVs and applications based on Client qualifications.
• Conduct initial phone screens to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles.
• Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers on recruitment activities including job fairs and campus events.
• Track hiring metrics and update recruitment trackers/reports daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Extend employment offers and coordinate onboarding.
• Ensure employment laws, particularly POEA law, are followed and hiring practices are fair and consistent.
