Job summary

GH Premier Review Center Inc. is seeking an onsite Recruiter in Manila to source Nurses and Physical Therapists for opportunities abroad. You will screen, interview, and assess candidates, build a robust pipeline, and explain programs and timelines to applicants.

You will endorse candidates for evaluation, maintain records, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth progression. The role requires strong English skills and at least 2 years in healthcare/BPO recruitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resource, Business/Office Administration, Psychology (RPm preferred).
• At least 2 years of recruitment experience (Healthcare or BPO) is an advantage.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Amenable to work onsite in Malate, Manila ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified Nurses and Physical Therapists (PTs) interested in working abroad.
• Conduct initial screening, interviews, and qualification assessments based on program requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through online platforms, referrals, job fairs, and other sourcing channels.
• Explain recruitment programs, requirements, processes, timelines, and employment opportunities to prospective candidates.
• Endorse qualified candidates for evaluation, petition, and program enrollment.
• Regularly follow up with candidates to ensure completion of requirements and continued engagement throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate records, recruitment trackers, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Recruitment, Deployment, and other internal teams to ensure smooth candidate progression.
• Meet monthly recruitment targets for qualified leads, endorsements, and program sign-ups.
• Provide timely recruitment updates and reports on candidate status, pipeline, and hiring progress.
