Job summary

GH Premier Review Center Inc. is seeking an Talent Acquisition specialist to source, screen, and hire candidates for various roles. You will manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience from contact to onboarding.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in agencies or BPO, with strong communication and organizational skills. Night shift and onsite work are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in agencies or BPO.
• Experience with sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate endorsement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies.
• Familiarity with job portals, social media sourcing, and recruitment tools.
• Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work night shift and onsite.
• Experience in BPO, healthcare, nursing, PT recruitment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interview schedules.
• Manage candidate communication and follow up throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain an updated candidate pipeline and recruitment records.
• Assist in job posting, recruitment campaigns, and other sourcing activities.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams regarding candidate status and requirements.
• Meet assigned recruitment targets and provide regular hiring updates and reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
