Toyota Financial Services Philippines Corporation is seeking an Recruitment Officer to handle end-to-end recruitment for rank-and-file positions, from sourcing to onboarding. The role includes posting vacancies on multiple platforms, collecting pre-employment requirements, and coordinating with partner institutions for manpower pooling.
You will maintain employee files, monitor recruitment tools, manage HRD supply requests, and ensure timely billing and office operations.
Performs end-to-end recruitment functions from sourcing applicants to onboarding for rank-and-file positions.
Facilitates job posting through websites, Jobstreet, bulletin boards, and other platforms.
Collects all pre-employment requirements of the candidate.
Participates and coordinates with partner, institutions, and other recruitment channels for manpower pooling (e.g., schools, job fairs, online advertisements, etc.).
Coordinates with manpower service providers the manpower requirements and other manpower-related concerns.
Facilitates the creation and maintains 201 files for newly hired employees: monitors compliance with requirements.
Facilitates posting of vacancies monthly, coordinates with schools or universities, etc.
Updates and monitors recruitment monitoring tools.
Collects monthly requests for HRD supplies and ensures timely delivery.
Monitors and replenishes office supplies.
Assures the correctness of billings and timely payment.
Coordinates with the travel agency for domestic flight and hotel bookings for newly hired provincial team members.
Processes OJT allowance.
Performs other duties as required or assigned, which are reasonably within the scope of the responsibilities in this job classification
Bachelor’s degree holder preferably in Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Behavioral Studies, or any related course.
0 to 3 years of experience in recruitment and administration of different HR facets.
