Job summary

IMS Outsourcing Solutions Inc. is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to identify, attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates who fit the company's staffing needs.

You will source candidates across job boards and networks, screen and interview applicants, manage communications, and coordinate offers and onboarding. This role emphasizes building a strong talent pipeline and tracking hiring metrics to improve performance.

Qualifications

9 months to 1 year of recruitment-related experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

About the role

The main responsibility of a Recruitment Specialist is to identify, attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates who match the company's job requirements and staffing needs.

Key responsibilities

Sourcing Candidates – Find qualified applicants through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screening & Interviewing – Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience.
Candidate Management – Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide updates on their application status.
Job Posting – Create and publish job advertisements based on the company's hiring requirements.
End-to-End Recruitment – Manage the recruitment process from sourcing and screening through interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
Hiring Coordination – Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate job offers and pre-employment requirements.
Talent Pipeline Management – Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies.
Recruitment Metrics – Track hiring activities, candidate progress, time-to-fill, and other recruitment KPIs.
