• Preferably a graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related course
• With at least 1 year of experience in HR Recruitment
• Knowledgeable in the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding)
• Responsible for maintaining and updating employees’ 201 files
• Assist in recruitment activities such as job posting, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and following up on pre-employment requirements
• Knowledgeable in processing employment documents and government requirements
• With good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• Willing to be assigned in Pasig City
• Willing to work on-site and can start ASAP
