Job summary

A premium beauty and wellness spa in Pasay is seeking a talented recruiting specialist to manage hiring for both salon and restaurant roles. You will be responsible for screening and interviewing candidates, creating hiring plans, and participating in job fairs. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree and has 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, alongside excellent communication skills and proficiency in social media recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as a recruiting specialist with a track record of employee placement.
• Work experience in Manpower Recruitment Agency.
• Willing to do field work for Job Fairs.

• Responsible for recruiting rank & file, supervisor, managerial position and part time
• Screens, interviews and evaluates candidate
• Create hiring plans for restaurant and salon shops.
• Promote open roles by attending the Job Fairs, Barangay and LGU's Job fair
• Attend job fairs and other recruitment ads.
• Initiate with accreditation of company to LGU’s.
• Prepare job offer and employment contracts.
• Assist admin for on boarding of new employees.
• Schedule a Company/HR Orientation for the new employees.
• Submit Recruitment Manpower reports as required.
• Monitor on boarding and off boarding employees and submit report weekly & monthly
• Employee Discipline - doing Corrective Action both Salon and Restaurant

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or another related field.
• 2-3 years of experience as a recruiting specialist with a track record of employee placement.

• Willing to do field work doing Barangay and LGU's Job Fair
