Job summary

SID Global Solutions is seeking a seasoned Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring across IT roles in Metro Manila. You will source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Street, Indeed, referrals and portals, and lead screening and interviewing processes.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of hands-on recruitment experience, strong knowledge of technical IT roles, excellent English, and a proven ability to close candidates and manage offers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business, IT or related field.
• 3–6 years of hands-on recruitment experience.
• Strong knowledge of technical IT roles and skill sets.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search & ATS.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and candidate closure skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Street, Indeed, referrals, and portals.
• Build Boolean and X-Ray searches to identify passive talent.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial recruiter interviews.
• Recruit across Java, .NET, Python, QA, DevOps/SRE, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, BA & Project Management roles.
• Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage offers, negotiations, counteroffers, and joining formalities.
• Maintain ATS records and track recruitment KPIs & SLAs.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and maintain active talent pipelines.
