Qualifications

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Monitor job postings (e.g., Indeed) and respond to incoming applicants promptly
• Source and identify candidates based on specific staffing needs for open roles
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' experience, qualifications, and communication skills
• Evaluate whether a candidate's background and certifications match the requirements of specific roles
• Assess personality and communication fit, particularly for roles requiring sensitivity and strong interpersonal skills
• Manage a high volume of applicants and leads to keep the hiring pipeline moving efficiently
• Flag top candidates for further evaluation and, over time, take on a greater role in the interview process
• Maintain organized records of candidate pipelines and screening outcomes
