Job summary

Responsibilities

• Sort and organize candidate leads generated.
• Screen candidate CVs.
• Conduct initial interviews validating candidate experience and requirements.
• Administer assessments as needed.
• Prepare candidate profiles, endorse to hiring managers, and schedule interviews.
• Attend calibration sessions to refine screening guidelines.
• Prepare and extend employment offers to candidates selected for hiring.
• Monitor progress and ensure pre-employment requirements are completed.
• Facilitate new hire orientations.
• Maintain requisition and candidate trackers with up-to-date records.
• Ensure compliance to documented policies and procedures.
• Ensure timely delivery of hiring requirements.
• Provide a positive candidate experience.
