Job Description

Source and recruit qualified candidates; manage end-to-end recruitment process including posting jobs, screening, interviewing, and onboarding; coordinate with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Develop and update job descriptions and specifications
• Source candidates using databases, job boards, and social media
• Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain applicant tracking records
• Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
• At least 1-2 years of experience in HR recruitment or similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in recruitment tools, and sourcing strategies
