Job summary

Hudson Talent Solutions is seeking a Recruitment Partner in the Philippines with hybrid work (3 days onsite in Pasay City, 2 days remote). You will drive end-to-end recruitment, partner with stakeholders, and promote strategic sourcing methods to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, provide market insights, and build strong relationships while managing multiple roles and high-volume hiring in a dynamic environment.

Recruitment Partner

Join a high performing and best-in-class Talent Acquisition team as a Recruitment Partner and help us drive end to end recruitment for our client in the Renewable Energy sector. This is a Hybrid work arrangement, with 3 days onsite (Pasay City) and 2 days remote work. This role will give you the chance to work with a range of stakeholders and build strategic relationships with business counterparts and leaders.

You will play a pivotal role in providing expertise on end-to-end recruiting, partnering with your colleagues, and hiring managers to promote and educate others around the use of strategic sourcing methods and provide great candidate experience.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver across the entire end to end recruitment life cycle.Experience and background recruiting in the shared services space (GSS) and local corporate roles


• Managing multiple stakeholders and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process


• Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process, advising on market insights, trends, and competitor movements


• Develop impeccable candidate experiences and drive brand engagement


• Build, nurture and grow your strategic talent pools

You’ll be someone who can bring:

• Proven years of experience working in end-to-end recruitment, volume recruitment, talent mapping and talent pooling. Gained from either an RPO, internal, or executive search firm


• Experience recruiting in more fast paced environments, delivering high volume of candidates forem... manufacturing and commercial roles


• Expert level skills in active and passive candidate sourcing, utilisingmultiple sourcing channels and approaches


• Experience managing senior stakeholders with excellent communication and presentation skills
