Job summary

Hudson Talent Solutions is seeking a Talent Intelligence Analyst to drive market research, talent insights, and strategic advisory for clients. You’ll map talent landscapes across APAC and EMEA, synthesize data into actionable narratives, and present findings to TA leadership and executives.

Ideal candidates have sourcing, recruitment, or research experience, strong written English, and the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.

Qualifications

• Background in Talent Intelligence is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical mindset; able to synthesize data and identify meaningful insights.
• Experience in sourcing, recruitment, or research, ideally with exposure to market mapping, advisory, or employment research.
• Ability to present confidently to stakeholders at multiple levels (TA leadership, HR leadership, and occasionally C‑suite).
• Strong English communication skills, especially in professional, client-facing writing and reporting.
• High attention to detail and comfort working with data-driven information.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive market research, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence across APAC and EMEA.
• Analyze market data, talent availability, organizational structures, and hiring trends.
• Utilize Talent Intelligence tools (e.g., LinkedIn Talent Insights, TalentNeuron, Lightcast).
• Present research findings, insights, and recommendations to internal teams, hiring leaders, senior HR stakeholders, and external clients.
• Translate complex data into clear, structured narratives suitable for Talent Acquisition leadership and C-suite audiences.
• Explain key concepts such as talent pipelines, job families, EVP (Employee Value Proposition) and compliance nuance.
• Support client pitch decks, proposals, and strategic advisory discussions for both existing and potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external leaders and cross functional teams.
• Provide insights that support workforce planning, market entry strategy, competitive positioning, and recruitment feasibility assessments.

Join a high performing and best-in-class Talent Insights team as a Talent Intelligence Analyst and help us drive market research, talent insights, client advisory, and stakeholder engagement. Ideal candidates come from sourcing, recruiting, or research roles, with strong research capabilities and excellent communication skill and are ready to transition into a more strategic, advisory-focused position within Talent Intelligence. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality talent market insights. This is Remote work arrangement.
