Job summary

Hudson Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment for a client in the Manufacturing sector. You will collaborate with stakeholders and leaders to promote strategic sourcing, while delivering an outstanding candidate experience and building strong talent pools.

You will engage with hiring managers to deliver a best-in-class process, share market insights, and mentor teams on recruitment strategies across Commercial roles in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end recruitment for Commercial roles in the Philippines.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and partner with hiring managers.
• Expert in sourcing strategies and delivering strong candidate experiences.
• Experience with talent mapping and building strategic talent pools.
• Ability to provide market insights and educate teams on recruitment best practices.
