Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Psychology or BSBA major in Human Resource Management.
• 1–2 years of relevant HR/Recruitment experience.
• Experience working in a school or educational institution.
• Knowledgeable in school HR processes and general recruitment practices.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with departments regarding manpower requirements and hiring needs.
• Maintain a pool of qualified candidates and recruitment records.
• Assist in training, employee development, and other HR activities.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
