Job summary

Meralco Industrial Engineering Services Corporation in Pasig is seeking a senior recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for the department and its units. You will oversee all recruitment activities, from sourcing to day 1 onboarding, and ensure timely delivery of hires across multiple roles.

The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of experience in recruitment within shared services or related industries such as construction, engineering, oil and gas, or power.

Qualifications

• Progressive recruitment experience in a shared services setup from the following industries: Construction, engineering, oil & gas, and power.
• Highly experienced in sourcing for various roles, levels, and volume.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
• In-depth understanding of recruitment metrics (e.g. fill rate, turnaround time, compliance rate).
• Analytical and demonstrates sound judgment.

Responsibilities
