Create Synergies Inc. in Mandaluyong is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead the organization's recruitment operations across Shared Services and Retail.

You will oversee sourcing, screening, selection, offers, and onboarding, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality hires. Ideal candidates have 6–8 years in recruitment with supervisory experience, strong knowledge of ATS and Excel, and proven ability to build talent pipelines and partner with hiring managers to meet workforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6–8 years in recruitment or talent acquisition with supervisory experience.
• Strong experience in Shared Services and Retail recruitment.
• Experience in Executive Search or RPO is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to build talent pipelines and manage hiring campaigns.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in ATS and Excel for reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned to workforce plans.
• Oversee Shared Services and Retail recruitment activities and volumes.
• Manage and optimize sourcing channels to build strong pipelines.
• Lead recruitment campaigns and talent attraction initiatives.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
• Monitor progress, targets, pipeline activity, and metrics.
• Prepare recruitment reports using Excel and tracking tools.
• Maintain accurate applicant records in ATS or manual systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and job platforms.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead, coach, and develop recruitment team members.
• Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen market presence.
