The ideal candidate has extensive volume recruitment, multi-site hiring, recruitment operations, and team leadership experience in QSR, fast food, restaurant, hospitality, or retail environments. You will drive efficient hiring and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business or related field.
• 6–8 years of recruitment experience with supervisory/managerial roles.
• Strong background in high-volume, multi-location hiring.
• Experience in QSR/restaurant, hospitality, or retail recruiting preferred.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment teams and external partners.
• Excellent Excel and recruitment analytics capabilities.
• Familiar with ATS and recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily recruitment operations and hiring targets.
• Lead high-volume hiring for restaurant crew and managers.
• Develop schedules and sourcing plans based on manpower needs.
• Coordinate recruitment across multiple locations.
• Monitor pipelines and ensure talent readiness for needs.
• Track metrics like time-to-hire, volume, and offers.
• Create dashboards and reports; ensure ATS usage.
• Manage agencies and sourcing partners.
• Lead recruitment drives and events; support new stores.
• Ensure policy compliance and strong candidate experience.
• Coach recruitment specialists and coordinate with HR/Operations.
