Create Synergies Inc. in Mandaluyong is seeking an experienced Internal Recruitment Manager to lead our in-house recruitment for a growing restaurant chain.

You will oversee end-to-end hiring across multiple branches, focusing on high-volume restaurant staffing and pipeline development. The role requires a strong background in QSR, hospitality, or retail recruitment, with prior success managing internal recruitment teams and delivering hiring targets within tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6–8 years recruitment or talent acquisition experience with supervisory/managerial background.
• Experience in internal/in-house recruitment, preferably in restaurant/QSR/hospitality/retail.
• Proven high-volume, multi-location recruitment experience.
• Experience hiring restaurant crew, supervisors, store managers and area managers.
• Experience supporting corporate and support-function recruitment is an advantage.
• Strong background in talent sourcing, pipeline development, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment platforms; Excel for reporting and metrics.
• Leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements with tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal recruitment operations across multiple branches and corporate functions.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with manpower needs and growth.
• Oversee high-volume recruitment for restaurant crew, supervisors, and store leaders.
• Manage recruitment for finance, HR, marketing, IT, supply chain, and other departments.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for frontline to executive positions.
• Partner with operations and hiring managers to prioritize hiring needs.
• Lead campaigns for new store openings and expansion hiring.
• Optimize sourcing via job portals, social media, referrals, career fairs, and campuses.
• Monitor KPIs: time-to-fill, volume, offers, pipeline conversion, sourcing efficacy.
• Prepare recruitment reports using Excel and ATS data for management insights.
• Collaborate with external agencies when needed and ensure candidate experience.
