Job summary

Puregold in Manila is seeking a Recruitment Manager to determine staffing needs, oversee and develop the hiring process, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

The ideal candidate will hold a BS Psychology or BSBA in Human Resources or related field, with a minimum of 5 years’ recruitment experience ranging from officer to managerial roles.

Experience in a recruitment firm, shared services, or multi-branch organization is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or HR or related field.
• At least 5 years of recruitment experience in officer to managerial roles.
• Experience in recruitment firms, shared services, or multi-branch organizations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Determine staffing needs and workforce planning.
