• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source, attract, and screen qualified candidates based on hiring requirements.
• Build and maintain active candidate pipelines.
• Manage multiple requisitions and recruitment priorities simultaneously.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders and clients to understand hiring needs.
• Monitor recruitment progress and provide timely updates on candidate pipelines.
• Independently manage priorities while consistently meeting recruitment targets and timelines.
