Job summary

dnata Travel Group in the Philippines is seeking an HR Recruiter to lead end-to-end talent acquisition operations in Clark, Pampanga. You will collaborate with hiring managers to define staff needs, post jobs across platforms, source candidates, and screen applications.

The role requires strong English communication, sharp analytical skills, social media familiarity, and the ability to manage multiple interviews (phone, video, in-person) and onboarding processes while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology or related field.
• Fluent English in spoken and written form.
• Strong analytical abilities and computer literacy.
• Familiarity with social media recruitment.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Experience conducting structured, competency-based and behavioural interviews.

Responsibilities

• Consult with hiring managers to identify staff requirements and job objectives
• Post job descriptions on career websites, university boards, social media, etc.
• Source candidates using databases and social media
• Evaluate and screen resumes
• Use recruitment tools like tests and interviews to assess candidates’ skills
• Conduct phone, Skype and/or face-to-face interviews
• Prepare new hire paperwork and ensure compliance with legislation
• Maintain records of interviews and new hires
• Stay up-to-date with recruitment strategies and methods
• Report recruitment updates to management or hiring managers
• Attend job fairs and career events
• Endorse new hires to hiring managers

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or other relevant field
• Good standard of spoken/written English.
• Strong analytical abilities and computer literacy skills.
• Familiarity with social media
• Ability to prioritize and complete assignments within deadline
• Ability to conduct different types of interviews such as structured interview, competency-based interview, behavioural interview, etc.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
