MicroSourcing in the Philippines seeks a Senior Training & Recruitment Manager to design and lead recruitment and training initiatives across multiple units. You will drive employer branding within the Philippines, build robust induction frameworks, and partner with Operations to improve time-to-productivity while delivering scalable training programs for HiPo development and retention.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in Training & Recruitment within BPO/KPO sectors.
• Proven track record of scaling operations (200+ FTE preferred).
• Experience designing competency-based assessments and structured interview guides.
• Ability to develop 30–60–90 day onboarding plans for diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
• Manage employer branding for the Philippines to position MicroSourcing as a top BPO employer.
• Create induction frameworks (30–60–90 days) for consistent new-hire experiences.
• Develop a multi-modal training curriculum covering technical skills, leadership, and soft skills.
• Collaborate with Ops to integrate role-specific training that reduces time-to-productivity.
• Create succession plans and career pathways to improve retention and mitigate risks.
• Establish recruitment and training metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, retention).
• Identify competency gaps using performance data and drive targeted training interventions.
