Job description

In this role, you will be responsible for building active pipelines, conducting volume screening, and matching candidates to client requisitions under tight deployment deadlines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the complete hiring cycle—from job posting, active candidate sourcing, screening, to initial interviewing and onboarding coordination.

Utilize multi-channel sourcing methods (job boards, social media networks, employee referrals) to build a robust candidate pipeline.

Efficiently manage high-volume candidate pools to consistently meet weekly staffing and deployment needs.

Maintain an accurate applicant tracking log and submit concise, error-free End-of-Day (EOD) reports to management.

Continuously adapt recruitment strategies to match quick turnaround times and fast-changing volume requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration (major in HR), or any related field.

Experienced in a staffing/manpower agency (required) or a high-volume recruitment role handling sourcing, interviewing, and end-to-end hiring.

Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Forms) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experienced with major job portals (JobStreet, Indeed, LinkedIn) or social media recruitment.

Organized, fast learner, highly adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Strong composure and ability to handle workload pressure and tight deadlines.
